Love the eyes!
1. If you are a beginner, start with smooth, slick paper (like canson student- because you can fix if something does not work out, for example using tissue)
2. at the beginning paint with diluted paint
3. let the water helped you spread the paint (but do not use too much water at once)... colors will begin to unite
4. paint step by step, wipe with tissue, paint and again use tissue
5. don't use brush like with oil or acrilic paint, just gently dab paper with wet brush
6. you can first wet paper only with water, and then start to paint, it's up to you
I really don't know what else can I say, they are many tutorials on youtube, maybe you find something... there are so many great artist here, you can inspire... but really you not achieve anything if you'll copy someone else... you have to find your style
